California Corporation, License Number 636145. Jerry Johnson, President, has been a part of the construction business since 1976, and has owned and operated his own business since 1984. Mr. Johnson holds both a General Contractor License (B) and a Swimming Pool Contractor License (C53) with the State of California.
In 1978, Mr. Johnson received his formal training in carpentry from Moorhead Vocational Institute, Moorhead MN and was hired by Meincke-Johnson Construction Co. shortly thereafter. At age 24, Mr. Johnson and his partner formed their own residential building company which expanded rapidly, resulting in the formation of their own individual businesses, each successful in their own right.
In 1991, Mr. Johnson relocated his construction company to the Sacramento, CA area to take advantage of the year round building climate. The company’s projects include Custom pool designs and builds, High-end custom new home and remodeling construction, and Landscape installation and construction. The company’s projects can be found from Davis to West Sacramento, Roseville to Elk Grove, and Wilton to Shingle Springs, CA. The company enjoys a 30+ year “Complaint-free” record with the State of California Contractors License Board.

WHAT WE DO:
We offer full-service custom pool designs that include computer automated, 3-Dimensional Color and Audio design presentations tailored to your lot and backyard site view. Upon completion of your backyard oasis design, permit ready plans are available to build your dream pool. Our owner provides full attention to your project; from design conception to the permit process, from site layout to completion of pool construction, and from decking to start-up, your pool is our number one priority!
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
We also have in-house landscaping services also with many years of design and installation experience. Our landscaping services include all aspects of backyard landscaping ; from concrete and masonry hardscape services to yard structures, from lawn and yard preparation services to custom backyard kitchens. Your imagination is your only limit!

Currently we work with and can recommend lenders to possibly provide our customers a source of funding.
