POOL CONSTRUCTION:
1. How much does it cost to build the average pool?
Generally, the larger the pool, the smaller the square footage cost. Roughly, the average pool begins at around the low to mid $40,000. Other factors that affect cost besides size are; equipment selection and devices, tile and coping selections, waterfall or other water features, natural or other stone features, lighting, finish selections, and decking choices.
2. What is the average pool size?
Our basic size pool generally begins around 400 square feet and goes up from there.
3. How much of a down payment is required?
California Trademark Pools considers your signed contract all the “down” payment needed!
4. How long does it take to build the average pool?
Typically from the day we start excavation of the pool, construction is 4-6 weeks depending upon whether a spa or water feature is included.
LANDSCAPING:
1. What types of finishes does the company offer?
We offer a wide variety of concrete finishes including: broom, salt, exposed aggregates, stamping, multi colors, banding, staining, and unlimited combinations.
2. Can your company build patio covers and outdoor kitchens?
Yes, We also have a B license which allows us to do what ever other renovations your house and yard would require. Including: patio covers, outdoor kitchens, gazebos, decks, additions, and yes, even a new custom home!!
3. How much of a down payment is required for landscaping?
Again, California Trademark Pools considers your signed contract all the “down” payment needed!
4. What type of sod is available?
Dwarf Fescue is the most popular choice currently. However we offer Regular Fescue and Kentucky Bluegrass.
